Stacked charts with separate blocks
 
Hello,

I want to create a chart like the one in the following link:
http://stallpoints.executiveboard.co...ariesalcoa.pdf )

The chart I am interested in is on page 3.

Please note that the size of the vertical 4 blocks for x-axis is varying as
well (for instance, you can say that "Building and Construction" takes up 30%
of the x-axis whereas "Commercial Transport" takes up only %15.) I want to
know if it's possible to do something like this in Excel.

I would very much appreciate your answer. Thanks a bunch!
