logarithmic scale in excel?
how do i plot a graph with the x axis in a semi log format using excel 2007?
i no how to do it in the previous version of excel but cant find out how to do it in this version...thanks for any help |

Right click on the axis to be treated (the numbers will then have a box

To have a logarithmic scale on the x axis, the x axis must be a numerical axis, not a category axis. So, in any version of Excel, you must use an XY (Scatter) chart type.
