I would like a pivot chart to not display the new data (as chart)
automatically immediately as you refresh the table new data entry receiving
the data but gives us the opportunity when we want to choose to appear them
in the chart.
Not automatically bur manually to been seen (if we choose them)

Don't refresh (or auto-refresh on open) the Pivot Table/Chart then until you
want the new data displayed. If its a matter of adding a new series, you
should be able to select only the series that you want to display from the
dropdown.
