Pie Chart

I am trying to create a pie chart using the chart wizard. I want it to
present the data in cell A1 and A2 which together make up 100%. Cell A1 is
6.6% which represents Less than 24 and Cell A2 is 93.4% which represents
Greater than 24. I am stuck on Step 2 of 4 €“ Chart Source Data in the Chart
Wizard. Do you know how I can manipulate the chart source data so that it
presents 6.6% as less than 24 and 93.4% as more than 24?

Pie Chart

A slight change of your chart source should work . . .

Use column A for your titles:

In cell A1 add your first title "Less Than 24".
In cell A2 add your second title "Greater Than 24".

Then use column B for your data:

In cell B1 enter .066.
In cell B2 enter .934.

To create the chart using the chart wizard, put your curser in cell A1 and
then hit the Chart Wizard icon. In step 2 of 4 make sure your source
reference is to cells A$1:$B$2 and that the series is in columns. If your
data is set up like above, Excel should do this automatically. Finally, just
walk through the remainder of the steps.
