This lack of functionallity seems crazy and a serious downgrade from Excel 2003

Hi,

Can to explain a bit more.
I can edit the charts title text and use cut and paste.

When editing a title in a chart on a separate chart sheet the CtrlX does
nothing and the cut scissors icon is greyed out.
