15. In the "Axis Options" tab, set the "Minimum" value to the lowest value in your data.
16. Set the "Maximum" value to the highest value in your data.
17. Set the "Major Unit" value to a value that makes sense for your data. For example, if your data ranges from 0 to 1000, you might set the "Major Unit" value to 100.
18. Click on the "Close" button to close the "Format Axis" dialog box.
19. Format the chart as desired, including adding a chart title and axis labels.

Hi,

Just order your data by largest first, smallest last and plot as a line
chart. This is a line chart equivalent of a histogram.

In other words sort your data by the items that are going to be on the Y-axis.
