Print Large Charts on Roll Paper

I am creating x-y charts that are ~8.5" wide and range in length from 60" to
120". Excel 2007 will print some charts and will balk at other similar
size charts. I am using an Epson Stylus R1800 printer. Any ideas on
parameters I may be overlooking that causes this inconsistency?
