secondary X axis on a Bar Chart
 

How can I put a secondary X (not Y) Axis (Horizontal on the top, in addition
to the
already axisting horizontal on the bottom).

Hi,

Double-click one of the bar series and choose the Axis tab in the Format
Series dialog box. Click Secondary.
