help for pyramid
 

I wana make a pyramid but i can not find the one which i want to made.
I mean the style i can not find i need a style like only along X-axis that
is a comparison on x and - x that line going on opposite axis.

Make a Stacked Bar chart of this data
a -10 7
b -20 12
c -30 24
d -15 35

Now experiment to change the colours to your satisfaction and decrease the
gap so the bars touch each other. Come back if you need more help
