Hi,
Well it is a multiple posting, but this one explains what you want. Choose Format, Cells, Number tab, Fractions, and on the right scroll down to As tenths (3/10) If this helps, please click the Yes button. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire "Mathias" wrote: I Like to enter sports times in a excel sheet with tens off a secound how can i do that? |

Separate the seconds from the fractions of a second with a decimal point,
not another colon, then apply a custom number format of h:mm:ss.00 to the cell. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "Mathias" wrote in message ... Hi,
And another FYI - you can enter fractions by typing 7 1/2 and Excel will enter it in the cell as 7.5 but display it as 7 1/2. In your case I would enter them as Jon said decimals. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire "Mathias" wrote: I Like to enter sports times in a excel sheet with tens off a secound how can i do that? |
