I am creating a custom theme, but I have run into an issue.
I am able to create a custom Color Theme
I am able to create a custom Fonts Theme
How do I create a Custom Effects Theme??? I can select from a list of "Built
In" Themes, but there seems to be no mention of how to create custom Effects
Themes.

In the Templates Directory, under "Document themes" there are three folders,
Theme Colors, Theme Fonts, and Theme Effects. In each (except effects) there
are XML files that contain the preferences for saved themes. I assume that I
can create custom Themes for Effects, but I can't seem to find out how!

Can someone help me discover how to create my own custom Effects Theme?

Hi! I'm pretty sure you can't create theme effects. Maybe you could create
the effects you want manually, then save the file out, crack open the XML,
see what's written and grab the effects parameters you like, and then add
them to a colors template XML file? I'm not sure I haven't tried it myself.

If you're talking about a chart you can create the chart you want with
whatever effects and save it out as a chart template; then you can apply that
template to future charts.
