Default Cant input series data

I have 4 tables with 11 groups of 3 elements of data. I successfully created
4 different graphs one for each table. But this morning, when I try to enter
a different series of the 11 data points it wont let me close the "Edit
Series" input window. When I click on OK it just ignores the keyclick. After
a little experimentation I figured out that if I reduce the number of items
in the series from 11 to 9 it works just fine, but it wont let me OK out of a
series containing 10 or 11 items.

These are graphs that worked yesterday, and I am opening to edit in a
different number series, i.e. I am trying to replace a series with 11 data
points with another series of 11 data points but cant OK out of the Edit
Series Window.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
