Stacked Column Chart with 2 different axis values
 

I need to create a stacked bar chart with two different axis. I need to
show, for 2007 and 2008, by quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4), the value of options
given to team members and the number of team members receiveing them. (one
axix for the $$ amount and one for the count of team members) Here is my
data.
