The y axis of one of my charts is not giving enough space for the labels to
read across on one line. The space allocated in the chart for the y axis labels is very narrow. Is there a way to manually allocate more space for the labels? |

Pretty much all you can do is make the entire chart wider, or decrease the
font size.
