Default Hash marks on graph with axis starting at nonzero number

I'm creating a chart which has a nonzero starting point for both axes and
need to insert the appropriate hash-mark which indicates that the axis does
not start at zero. I'm unable to find this option in excel. Any help or
suggestions would truly be appreciated. Thanks!
