I guess it is difficult to explain, I am to find the standard deviation
actually (3x) then I have to plot it, I guess I am trying to do every thing
in Excel?

I probably asked the question wrong. I am to find standard deviation and plot
it using standard deviation 3x sorry if I am not stating more clearner.

You have to calculate the standard deviation of your data in the worksheet.
Then you can add a pair of lines for mean ± sd to your chart. See this link:
