Axis Issues

1 Attachment(s)
I am having a problem that I think has a simple fix, but I can't figure it out.

I have created a simple bar graph where one bar has a negative dollar value and the rest have positive vales.
The problem is that I can't figure out how to leave the x axis at $0.00 value where it intersects the Y axis and have the column labels show at the bottom of the chart.

If that makes no sense please see attached picture!!

If anyone can help I would be much appreciated!!

Axis Issues

Don't change where the category (X) axis crosses the value (Y) axis. Format
the category (X) axis, select the "Low" option for the tick labels.
