Has anyone been successful in setting a custom axis format on a pivot chart?
I don¹t seem to be able to get this to work. Thanks for suggestions. |

Do you mean number formats, or customised arbitrary axes? Special custom axes tend to be constructed using scatter series, which I think pivot charts don't do. You just have to use an ordinary (non-pivot) chart to get what you want. Pivot charts are quick and easy off-the-shelf solutions, not for customising. -- Del Cotter NB Personal replies to this post will send email to , which goes to a spam folder-- please send your email to del3 instead. |

Hi again,
In 2003 and earlier, some custom formats are not retained on refresh, maybe that is the problem? -- Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Greg McCarter" wrote: Has anyone been successful in setting a custom axis format on a pivot chart? I don¹t seem to be able to get this to work. Thanks for suggestions |
