Excel 2007 charts move

Why is it when I format a worksheet with charts, save and close, the charts
have moved upon re-opening the document?

This did not happen w/ 2003. The charts end up moving over text and each
time I have to move them back. How can I make them stay embedded in a
particular place on the worksheet?
