graphing data vs time for different patients

Hello
I have 10 patients who have had blood test X measured on different dates
through 2007. I'd like to plot all 10 lines on the same graph showing the
variability of the data points. I can plot all 10 patients' data but versus
only one patient's set of dates. Any suggestions as to how to get it to plot
all 10 patients vs their respective times?
Patient 1
Date 1/1/01 2/1/02 3/1/01 4/1/01 5/1/01
Test 4 5 4 2 0
Patient 2
Date 1/15/01 2/15/01 3/1/01 7/1/01 12/1/01
Test 6 6 1 9 5
Etc......

I tried the XY plotter and inputted each patient as a different series. It
worked. But after the 4th patient I wondered, sheesh, is there an easier way
to do this for 200 patients?!

If you can arrange your data in an orderly fashion, this utility may help:

or you could try to develop your own code to save yourself the tedium:
