Does anyone have a template or spreadsheet with a Quadrant Chart?
 
I have been trying to make my own chart in a quadrant with two data sets for
Y and X axis, but they displaying what I expect.

More - sometimes, gartner group calls the chart the "magic quadrant". I
think that I start with a scatter, but the background is four squares.
