Where are the flow shape and flow connector tabs in Vista?

'help' in excel says to click 'toolbars' on the 'view' menu and then click
flow shapes. BUT it is not there.

Windows Vista is an operating system.

In Excel 2007, choose Insert | Shapes | ...

After you create the first shape, the Drawing Tools ribbon will appear, and
the connectors are available.

In Excel 2003, first choose View | Toolbars | Drawing. The connectors are
available under AutoShapes.
