Trendline - Linear
I am using Excel 2007. I added a linear trendline in an Excel Chart and noted
down the slope of the linear equation. When I used the same table in Excel 2003, the slope was different. I checked this out a lot of time and figured it out that Excel 2007 is giving value one digit short. e.g. slope in Excel 2003 is 20533 but in Excel 2007 it is 2053 (missing last digit of 3). I hope your technical staff will figure this out. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
