How do I graph excel data with a floating double arrow
I have not found a way to graph data with a double arrow graphic
My goal is to show a series of arrows with x -axis at time and y axis (noun) these arrow would ultimately communicate something happening wrt to time, beginning at some point and ending at another point specified by excell data |

Personally I prefer using data labels with Wingdings arrows to series markers with Autoshapes arrows.
