You'll have to explain what a climograph is. People here are Excel
experts, not experts in whatever your field is.

For custom number formats, go to "Format Cells.. Number.. Custom.." and
type:

0.0"°F"

You can get a degree symbol on a Windows keyboard using Alt-0176, or by
using the Character Map program in the Start Menu.
