Percentage Axis: how should the scale look
 
I'm trying to scale my axis from 0 to 1.8% ascending increments would be 3 -
how should the rest of the scale look ?
Minimum:
Maximum: 1.8
Major unit: 3
Minor unit:
Cross: 0

This has worked to a degree but need to acheive the following ascending order:
1.8
1.5
1.3
1.0
0.9
0.6
0.3
0.0
What should go in the remaining fields of the scale, thanks

Your question is unclear to me. Why not send me a file with example and tell
me what you want to change.
