How to chart data like this?
 

Does anyone know how I would chart data that is in this format? It is data
coming out of a database:

Series1 Date1 Value1
Series1 Date2 Value2
Series1 Date3 Value3
Series2 Date1 Value1
Series2 Date2 Value2
Series2 Date3 Value3

I want it to be a line or X/Y where the first column is the series name, the
second column is the X axis, and the 3rd is the Y.

The only way to create it seems to be to set up each series manually.
