Bar Graph not allowing choice of X axis
I am trying to get my Bar graph to put the money in my table on the Y-axis,
but it puts it on the X-axis. My table is: Response Amount 1 $200,000 2 $162,000 1 $75,000 but even if I switch it and put the amount first, it still puts the dollars on the X-axis. How do I tell it to put the amount on the Y-axis? Thanks, Tom |
Bar Graph not allowing choice of X axis
Assuming an embedded chart, click on it once to activate it.
Go to Chart - Source Data - Series In the Series dialog box, remove the series reference for the dollars. Then add that same reference into the Category (X) Axis Labels input. -- John Mansfield http://cellmatrix.net "tshad" wrote: I am trying to get my Bar graph to put the money in my table on the Y-axis, but it puts it on the X-axis.
