combination chart x-axes
Hi,
How can I make sure that the categories for a column chart are equally distributed along the whole length of the x axis to correspond to the scatter chart series. The x-value of the scatter chart and the categories of the column chart are dates, and I need them to be aligned. At the moment, I have column chart series that are squashed up against the primary y axis! Any help most welcome! |

Put the columns onto a time scale axis. Select the chart, go to Chart menu
Chart Options Axes tab, and for category axis, choose the Date Scale option. The dates of the XY series should line up on this axis. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "Rab" wrote in message ...
