printing in excel
I have a chart within excel, every time I choose the print screen my chart
data at he bottom switches around. In the chart it is slanted but when doing the print screen it goes back to vertically aligned. any help? |
The text alignment is probably set to automatic. When viewed as an
embedded chart, Excel inclines it to squeeze it all in, but when the chart is printed, the printer driver makes minor adjustments to the sizing, and you get vertically aligned text. Double click the axis, and on the alignment tab, explicitly select one of the options. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Peltier Technical Services Tutorials and Custom Solutions http://PeltierTech.com/ _______ Printing Excel Chart wrote: I have a chart within excel, every time I choose the print screen my chart data at he bottom switches around.
