Pivit table- cell on spread sheet referencing pivot table field
With the old version of excel you could use the mouse to do a calculation
between a cell in a pivottable and one just on a cell in the spreadsheet.- Is there a way of turning of the cell reference in Office XP etc- e.g from outside the pivot table go +a5, where A5 is a cell in the pivot. Thanks if you can help. David |

There are instructions here for adding the Generate GetPivotData button
to a toolbar, and toggling the feature on and off: http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot06.html David M wrote: With the old version of excel you could use the mouse to do a calculation between a cell in a pivottable and one just on a cell in the spreadsheet.- Is there a way of turning of the cell reference in Office XP etc- e.g from outside the pivot table go +a5, where A5 is a cell in the pivot.
