Plotting Irregular dates

How can I plot data such as below so that dates come out in their proper
location on the x axis?

Date DJIA
01/31/07 12,622
02/27/07 12,216
04/20/07 12,962
05/25/07 13,150
05/18/07 13,556

Thx

Dave

If you're using a Line, Area, or Column chart type, it should have
detected the presence of dates and auto-selected the Time-scale X axis
instead of a category X axis. You can manually select Time-scale axis
in the Chart.. Chart Options.. Axes menu.

Alternatively, you can change to an XY (Scatter) type, and format the
data series with lines like a Line chart. The XY chart has a Value X
axis.
