Change default chart option in registry
I ve read from Mr Peltier's site about Changing the Default Font Autoscaling

Change default chart option in registry
At the risk of hosing the registry (back it up first), go to the Windows
Start menu, choose Run, enter regedit into the box and hit Enter.
