Graphing Subtotals
I have an Excel sheet with many rows with subtotals in between.
I wish to graph the subtotals without including the data that created the subtotals. I have been unable to exclude the underlying data from the graph. I wish the graph to show the subtotals only. Help please, Henry |
Graphing Subtotals
If I understand your problem correctly, when selecting the range for the
chart, first select the titles and then hold the Ctrl key down while selecting the data series. If you have more than one data series then continue to hold the Ctrl key and select the next data series.
