Is it possable to make a chart with a fixed range on the side and bottom as
if it was printed? if so how do we do it, I'm using office 2007 but also have
2003 on a second machine.

Please clarity "fixed range" and "as if it was printed"
You are aware that you can format chart axis and set the max and min values
of each one?
Or do you mean you want the chart to have a certain size? If so, see
