change chart print size
I cannot change the size of the printed chart in office 2007.
In 2003 it was done using un selecting the "fit to page" button. In 2007 I have a "scale to 100%" but disabled... Thanks |

Hi,
When you say you are clicking the Fit to Page button do you mean the Option button on the first sheet of the Page Setup dialog box? If so this option is still available in 2007. Set the print range and then choose the Page Layout tab. Open the Width dropdown or the Height dropdown and choose the number of pages. If this is not enough there is a little dialog box launcher at the bottom right of the Scale to Fit group on the Page Layout ribbon. This will take you to the old familiar screen. -- Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Safra" wrote: I cannot change the size of the printed chart in office 2007. Hello,
Thank you for the answer. This works for printing a data sheat, but for chart it dosent work. When I select a chart and try to print it, I cannot print it on part of the page. Hi,
From your response it appears that you are not talking about "fit to page" but instead "Scale to fit page". If that is the case, then you can stop looking for this feature, it was removed from 2007 so you will need to use my first suggestion to overcome that problem. I know it's not the same exactly, but this is what we are going to have to live with, at least for a while. You can get a slightly large chart on the page if you move the chart to a Chart page. You might want to try that. -- Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Safra" wrote: Hello, Thank you for the answer. This works for printing a data sheat, but for chart it dosent work.
