Default Box Plot--Very confused. Can someone help me?

I am in a beginning Statistics class and one of the questions I am working
with requires me to create a box plot from a randomly created list of numbers
with a positive (and negative) skew. I have found information on the Box
Plot online but nowhere am I able to find info on how to create it. I have
Excel 2003. Does anyone have any ideas? I am at a complete loss.

Thank you.
