charting and vloookup function
I am trying to create mulitple bar charts on separate tabs within one
workbook. The bar charts contain data on our product as well as data for a set benchmark. I have one master file with all the data I need to create the charts (located in the same workbook as the charts). The problem I am running into is the master file changes from month to month. Products are added and removed every month so the products/data I need to chart fall in differnt rows from one month to the next. Using the layout of the master file below as an example, the file might have contained 50 products last month, 52 products this month and next month it might have 55 products. I might only need to graph 25 of the products in the master file but becuse products are added and deleted, the products change rows every month. Is there a way to use the vlookup funtion to create bar charts? I think there might be but I'm not sure how to do this using the chart wizard. Any suggestions?
