Stacked Column with Secondary Axis

I am creating a Stacked Column chart with the following Data of Sugar Cane and Sugar Produced (Figuras in Tonnes) for 3 years: 2003-04 2004-05 2005-06 Region SugarCane Sugar SugarCane Sugar SugarCane Sugar North 1,110,000 91,000 1,600,000 140,000 2,100,000 180,000 Central 1,200,000 85,000 1,500,000 142,000 2,200,000 175,000 South 800,000 60,000 1,100,000 92,000 2,400,000 100,000 My requirement is, All the data to be plotted on one graph - Stacked Column Primary Axis - Sugar Cane Secondary Axis - Sugar Grouped by year I am able to create two different graphs for Sugar Cane and Sugar and unable to create single graph with 2 axis. Stacked Column with Secondary Axis
It's in the way you arrange your data. It's a stacked column chart, with
