Automatic scaling of charts

In Excel 2003, on a print preview of a chart sheet, when I move the margins
around, the chart automatically scales itself. e.g. if there are 3 columns
and I move the left margin in a lot, I still see 3 columns and they are
skinnier

In Excel 2007, on a print preview of a chart sheet, when I move the margins
around, the chart is moved around. e.g. if there are 3 columns and I move the
left margin in a lot, I might now only see 1 and a bit columns.

Is there any way to achieve the 2003 behaviour in 2007?

Automatic scaling of charts

Microsoft made a lot of 'behind the scenes' changes to charting in Office
2007. It appears that people in charge decided to print a truncated image
rather than scale the image or provide the options available in 2003. I
suspect this was intentional since in the Page Setup dialog box Chart tab
the options for Printed Chart Size have simply been removed in 2007.
