Default Organisational Diagram

I am using Excel 2003. I was making a chart on my family on Excel when my
friend told me abt the option of Organisational Diagram.

1) I made a family tree in it .. but i am not able to put in any comments
onto it. Is there anyway to put in ?
2) I made a mistake in the diagram .. i was not able to re arrange it .. i
had to remove and type in again. Is there a solution for that too ?
3) Is there a way to rotate the diagram as they are getting longer ?
4) Any article to help me study on this !!

Thanking you,
Sherry Thomas

1) I dont think you can add any comments to an Organisational Diagram
2) You should click on a shape and drag it to the new position, but you need
to drag it onto the superior person.
3) you can change the text direction of that helps by rightclicking on the
border of the chart and looking at the format options, but as far as I know
you can not rotate a chart.

For family trees you will find it far better to use family tree software. I
use GSP family tree maker and you can do all the charts you want in that.
Their software will also search Ancestry.co.uk directly from the information
you put in so makes research much easier.

Hope that helps
