No. However, you can get the same effect by using an array formula as a
named range, then using the named range as a series in the chart. This
is an annoying and awkward intermediate step, but it gets you everything
you want.

Many Excel chart experts use this technique to create charts that update
themselves as new data is manually added to the bottom of a range, or to
create charts that can be zoomed and panned using controls.
