Retaining Embedded Chart size when columns under it are hidden/add
 

What is the setting I need to use for object positioning:

Move and size with cells - NOPE
Move but don't size with cells
Don't move or size with cells

I want the chart to remain on the page in the same apparently location if
columns underneath it are added or hidden.

Don't move or size with cells - the chart stays the same size and the same
distance from the top and left edges of the worksheet.
