How do I type in full figure
 

I would like to enter full figure as show 0000345 in the chart, but it appear
to show as 345 and not 0000345

How do I type in full figure
 

You can format the cell as "Text" and it will retain exactly what you
type into it. (Right click on the cell, "Format Cells", "Number" tab,
select 'Text').

If you don't need the cell to be numeric, format it as text first (Format
Cells Number Text, or type an apostrophe first: '0000345.

If you need the cell to retain its numerical value, assign a custom number
format with as many zeros as you need digits: Format Cells Number
Custom, and enter 0000000.
