Can I customize Series colors?
 

Is there any way to customize the colors of a Series in an Excel Graph? Or am
I just limited to the ones in Format Data Series?

Can I customize Series colors?
 

You only get 56 colors in Excel, but they can be any 56 colors. To adjust
them, go to Tools menu Options Color tab. The bottom two rows are
default colors for various chart types; adjust these first, then go after
unused colors in the rest of the palette.
