vacation schedule

I have about 60 people who can take vacation days based on their starting
dates. Consequently, each one is different. I'd like to see days
available, starting what date, days taken, days remaining. Preferably a
bar chart. Anyone already done this?
Thanks,
v.fryfogle

v fryfogle,
I am looking into your problem, I could use some help.
Like what is the most vacation available. Four weeks of 40 hours, five weeks
of 40 hours.... This would be equal to twenty single days or twenty-five
single days.
Thanx

The max is 4 weeks of 40 hours. So far I've set it up with 20 days max and
then put 5 days at the end of each row for possible carry-over days. The
problem is the manual work which will need to be done to watch for each
person's anniversary date. It's just awkward. I'm not good enough at this
or I'd probably be able to figure out how to link to a calendar.
Thanks for helping me.

Vicki,
I have a file set up to your specifications.
The summary page will track employee vacation days
Vacation Days Earned
Vacation Taken
Vacation Days left
Anniversary Date

Once the name of employee is entered on to each sheet tab (Name1 to
employee's name).
If you have an email address I can send the file to, it will be coming from
DLFollis3 at netscape dot net.
