How to draw chart: log scale on X axis, natural scale on y axis?
 
Right-click on the X-axis, select Format Axis, choose the "Scale" tab, and
tick the "logarithmic scale" box.

You will, of course, need to be using the XY chart (confusingly named
scatter), rather than a line chart.
