How do I set up bar graph titles and headings along both axis?

Hi,

Make the chart a dual axis chart. You can do this by selecting one of the
series and choosing Format, Selected Data Series, Axis, and choosing
Secondary axis.

If you only have one series on your chart, highlight the series data in the
spreadsheet and drag it to the chart a second time. The use the steps above
for that series. (You can remove the second series from the legend by
selecting it in the Legend and pressing Del.)

You can also create the chart from scratch as a dual axis chart by going to
the first step of the Chart Wizard and selecting Custom Type, and then
choosing either Lines on 2 Axes or Line and Column on 2 Axes.
