Is it possible to overlay one chart on top of another
 
I would like to overlay 2 charts with different y-axis and the same x-axis?

Is it possible to overlay one chart on top of another
 
Either right-click on the series, choose Format Data Series, then the Axis
Tab
or click on the series, the from the Format menu, Selected Data Series, and
again select the axis tab.

You can also try looking for "Format Axis" in Excel help. "Add a second
axis" may well be a sub-topic there (depending on which version of Excel
you've got).
