Chart with filterable legend
 

I have a chart that has a few items in the legend.
Is it possible to have the pull down legend like a PivotChart has?
I cannot use an actual PivotChart for this report because of the way
the data is calculated.
Is it possible to enable an option in VBA?

Any help would be great.
